  • This module introduces the principles and practices of assessment in occupational learning. Learners study assessment methods, evidence requirements, record management, feedback processes, and fair evaluation of learner competence.
  • This module focuses on workplace learning plans, programme selection, evaluation, and reporting. Learners understand how to document learning priorities, monitor outcomes, and report on workplace learning and development activities.
  • This module introduces work-based learning systems and practices. It helps learners understand how learning happens in the workplace through structured support, guidance, application, and occupational exposure.

Practical Skills Modules

There are Seven (7) Practical Skills Modules (76 credits) in the Training and development practitioner Course. These modules develop the hands-on skills needed to coordinate, facilitate, assess, and evaluate occupational learning interventions.
