  • This module teaches workplace safety requirements, operating regulations, hazard identification, arc flash protection, risk assessments, permit systems, and safe working practices in medium and high-voltage electrical environments.

  • Learners develop an understanding of supervision requirements, authorisation procedures, workplace responsibilities, supervision methods, and safe work practices used within electrically hazardous locations.

  • This module introduces electrical network operating principles, switching regulations, power system protection, phasing requirements, operating procedures, and electrical distribution network fundamentals.

  • Learners develop knowledge of equipotential earthing systems, electrical protection methods, earthing requirements, safety measures, and operational procedures used within substations and electrical networks.
