  • This module introduces cybersecurity principles, common cyber threats, identity theft, security incidents, data protection, secure computing practices, and techniques used to safeguard digital assets.

  • Learners develop knowledge of network security controls, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, vulnerability management, breach monitoring, and incident response procedures.

  • This module covers ethical hacking concepts, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, malware threats, social engineering, wireless security, cloud security, cryptography, and cyber incident response.

  • Learners gain an understanding of cybersecurity governance, legislation, workplace ethics, compliance requirements, security responsibilities, and professional conduct.
