Work experience modules · 36 credits
Workplace modules cover HRM data collection and data management, administrative processes for HR services, organisational communication processes, and processes for compiling, maintaining and securing HRM records. Your supervisor coaches you and signs your logbook to confirm your workplace exposure.
The qualification is awarded when you successfully complete the external integrated summative assessment (EISA).

Data and reporting
Use appropriate information technology to collect HRM data, process it into accurate reports for regular and ad hoc requests, and maintain the databases that support them.
HR administrative services
Support workforce planning, recruitment, selection and placement, performance management, learning and development, grievance and discipline handling, career management and staff separations.
Communication and records
Maintain HRM policies and guideline documents, coordinate meetings and HR activities, answer employee queries, and compile, control and archive employee records.
HR administration tasks, from data to decision-ready reports
- Use appropriate information technology to collect required HRM data
