Pedestrian-controlled Lift Truck Driver Course in South Africa (F6–F7)
Wheelset Academy's Pedestrian-controlled Lift Truck Driver programme trains learners to inspect equipment, apply health and safety rules, lift, move and position loads, refuel or energise the machine, and shut it down correctly — preparing them for roles in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and distribution centres that rely on electric pallet trucks and pedestrian-operated lifting equipment.
The course is offered as two separate class enrolments — F6 and F7 — each its own registered Skills Programme sharing the same NQF Level 3 curriculum, 20 credits, knowledge and practical module lists, and entry requirements. Delivered in English through classroom, blended online or on-site training from Wheelset Academy's Pretoria (Hatfield) and Kempton Park branches.
