  • This module explains load identification, storage methods, load calculations, load charts, and the safe handling of different materials.

Inspect work area and personal protective equipment for safe operations
  • This module develops practical skills in hazard identification, work area inspections, PPE selection, and workplace safety practices.

  • Learners perform machine inspections, identify components, complete checklists, and report faults and defects.

  • This practical module develops skills in driving, route planning, stacking, de-stacking, load positioning, and maintaining load stability.

  • Learners identify refuelling procedures, manage hazards, and safely energise or refuel lift trucks according to company procedures.

  • This module focuses on safe parking procedures, removing loads, lowering attachments, applying park brakes, and completing hand-over processes.
