Practical Skills Modules

There are Two (2) Practical Skill Modules in the Surface Grader Operator pathway. These modules develop the hands-on skills needed to prepare and operate grading equipment safely.

Establish and prepare the work area
  • Learners prepare the work area, identify hazards, check site conditions, follow instructions, use safety signs, and make the work area ready for safe construction plant operation.
